What is MBSR?

The MBSR 8-week program is an intensive course designed to immerse you in the practice of mindfulness. Taught by certified instructors, following the gold standard of mindfulness originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. By cultivating present moment awareness with kindness and without judgement, we create room for possibility. MBSR is a lifetime tool that can enhance your quality of life, relationships, health, and wellness for decades to come.

Next steps?

MBSR is an experiential immersion into the practice of mindfulness, therefore attendance to all sessions is highly encouraged. Upon acceptance into program, you are invited to a face to face orientation session including a brief introduction to the practice, Q&A session, meet your instructor, and most importantly to set your intention.
