As professional working women our time and energies are always in a delicate balance. We want to feel we’ve not just met our obligations but that we’re giving our best in everything we do. Being superwoman in all her roles leaves us feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, and depleted. When we don’t measure up to our own expectation, we feel guilty, frustrated, and ashamed.

Being the strong, educated, determined, and resourceful women you are, surely you SHOULD be able to do all. Right?

I’m here to tell you, you simply can’t do it all, it’s not your fault, and you’re not alone.

Stress and burnout

Many times, we think, “If I just get this one thing done or take care of that, then things will be better, my stress will be lessened.” Satisfying external factors can and does lessen our stress to a certain degree, but only temporarily…until another stressor emerges. My approach to stress reduction is to not only work on minimizing and controlling the outside factors but also working with the internal factors that hold us captive to our own stress.

As a professional working woman, I get it. I understand the reality of life and the stress that comes with it. We all have moments of stress and imbalance, and with the right mindset, skills, and practice you will also have moments of peace and balance. I want to help you form a set of coping tools that will continue to be available to you regardless of the external circumstances.

Synergy Tools

Synergy Tools is an exclusive program that combines the benefits of mind-body movement, meditation, and coaching all into one dynamic program to help you synergistically activate your inner potential. Synergy Tools brings 3 essential components of change together into one program. Synergy Tools balances the powerful and thoughtful work of coaching with a bit of fun and levity. Get the benefit of coaching while learning valuable skills and establishing healthy habits.

Working with Renee

Each session is 90 minutes and includes meditation, a movement form of your choice, and one on one coaching. Meditation is used to gain clarity and focus, as well as set the stage for work that is to come. Mind-body movement allows for deeper connection and frees up blocked energy making room for insight and understanding. We then engage in coaching that has been informed by body intelligence and intuition found during the previous meditation and movement portion. In this way the coaching process becomes more engaged and alive, bringing to life deeply held challenges.
