My particular style of coaching incorporates mindfulness-based techniques and exercises along with thought provoking questions, positive psychology, and mindset work.
Whether it is a change in career, improving relationships, or reaching personal goals, mindfulness runs through the coaching experience. I come to each session with the intention to embody the qualities of mindfulness including:
- Letting Go
When the client is open to or requesting mindfulness specifically, I use exercises based in mindfulness, such as breath and body awareness, to enhance the coaching session. For those who want to go deeper, I also offer coaching dedicated to establishing or strengthening your mindfulness practice.
