About Mindful Coaching

Most of us walk around dealing with daily stress and not entirely aware of its impact. We incur constant small, seemingly minor episodes that accumulate. Finally, we either accumulate enough or experience a major event that tips the scales into unmanageable.

Employing the practice of mindfulness is like learning how to hit the pause button. In doing so we create space for possibilities, room for more than one response, and the opportunity for choice. Suddenly constraint and limitation opens allowing our inner wisdom to guide us in reducing and eliminating stress.

Working with Renee

My particular style of coaching incorporates mindfulness-based techniques and exercises along with thought provoking questions, positive psychology, and mindset work.

Whether it is a change in career, improving relationships, or reaching personal goals, mindfulness runs through the coaching experience. I come to each session with the intention to embody the qualities of mindfulness including:

When the client is open to or requesting mindfulness specifically, I use exercises based in mindfulness, such as breath and body awareness, to enhance the coaching session. For those who want to go deeper, I also offer coaching dedicated to establishing or strengthening your mindfulness practice.
